When is the best time to make a non-emergency appointment?

Since the Spring and Summer months are the heating off-season, appointments for these periods are going to be your best bet. We will have a lot of flexibility in appointment slots.

From October to January we are going to be booked solid. If you call for an appointment during these months, the likelihood of getting on our schedule within a week is very low. Generally during this season the only way to get on the schedule is if we have cancellations. Sometimes we can fit you in if we finish a job early, but we won’t know until the last minute. For that reason we can put you on a call list if a slot opens up.

Before Your Appointment

Please remember to stop using your fireplace or Stove for at least 24 hours before we come. If you rely on either one for your only source of heat, please let us know ahead of time.

Also please ensure that all your fragile items are away from the areas we will be working. We don’t want to break any of your things while we are servicing your chimney and/or heating unit.

Payment

We accept checks, money orders, cash, and credit cards. Your technician will go over all the details during your appointment. If you would rather you can call one of our offices and discuss your options prior to our visit.
